Keith Gladstone is an osteopath, health coach and sport scientist. He is currently osteopath to the England Rugby team and is Director at Athletic Health, a company that provides medical and sport science consultancy to the sporting, media and corporate industries. He has worked extensively in the front line of performance and injury management in elite sport; from pitch side trauma management, physical conditioning and player development to injury rehab and recovery. Keith has led the medical team at the Worlds Strongest Man competition for 7 years and continues to do so. He has been a leading member of the medical team at Lord's cricket ground with Middlesex and the MCC for 7 seasons and toured extensively with professional teams. Keith worked in many other unique and challenging environments...From the ski slopes in Austria for Channel 4's "the Jump", to poolside with ITV's "splash", to many other physically challenging TV shows. Keith and his teams have had to deal with high profile people, pressured environments, significant injury and the odd diva strop!
