Clinical application of the biopsychosocial model

This workshop provides osteopaths and manual therapists with opportunities to explore the theories and key skills relating to: the evidence-base for biopsychosocial clinical practice; effective communication for promoting patients’ understanding of pain; ways of expanding clinical processes to address psychosocial factors; reconceptualising and applying manual therapy assessment and treatment skills.
